So my friend and I had this planned for months. And then she injured her knee today, too badly to go, and has graciously offered to give her ticket away - to someone willing to pick me up and drive me, because I do not drive. Anyone in the Philadelphia area willing to drive to Camden County, New Jersey and then out to the Keswick Theater and back is welcome to a free ticket for the 4/24 7pm Welcome to Night Vale live show. First person to send me an ask who can convince me they are not a serial murderer/rapist/cannibal/hardcore drug addict gets a free ticket. I forget where the seats are but I think they’re in one of the first sections. I don’t feel like getting up to get the ticket right now and check.

I find comfort in knowing that people who I’ve cut out of my life are left with this version of me that simply doesn’t exist anymore. The memory and image of me that they have isnt who I am, and I’m happy that it’s that way. I’ve changed and grown and they wont ever get the chance to know the better version of myself that I’ve become during their absence.

This is so comforting and inspiring.

I’m sending the doc link out tonight. There’s a few more things to finish on it, but it’s more or less playable. I have not received word from the Night Vale team, so as it stands, I will be releasing it to the general public free of charge unless I hear back from them.
